Return Policy:

Returns accepted within 14 days upon receipt.

  • You do not need a return authorization.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Refund will not include the original shipping cost.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or soiled in any way.
  • We are not able to process a refund / replacement for an order that is lost in transit if the address was submitted incorrectly when the order was placed.
  • We are not able to process a refund if the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit return to us.
  • You must include your full name, address, and order # in the return package.

Note: It is common in the milling process of towels for tiny pieces of colored thread to get caught up in the weaving. We call this thread “fly.” So if you see any fly, it’s totally ok your towel is not flawed. We do not exchange towels that may have fly in the weave.
